Victor and Lydia Mitrofanovs

Victor Mitrofanov was born in 1946 in Moscow. Higher architectural education. Since 1982 - the icon painter.

Lydia Mitrofanova has graduated from art school “of 1905”. The grand daughter of deacon Georgy Smirnov, who gave out 50 years serving to church. Since 1982 - the icon painter. Works together with Victor Mitrofanov.

They have carried out painting of an arch under "the Red tower" in St. Trinity Sergius Lavra; painting vestibule of St. Nicolas Cathedral in Alma-Ata
The basic works are in temples and monasteries of Moscow and other cities of Russia: an iconostasis and temple icons in Nikolsky rural temple of the Nizhniy Novgorod diocese; the Kazansky temple of the Nizhniy Novgorod diocese; Kazansky temple of Afonskoe farmstead in Moscow; the Tbilisky cathedral; Yeletsky a cathedral; the Novosibirsk diocese; Uspensky temple of Ugreshsky monastery; in side-altar Guria and Varsonofia Kazanskie in Kazansky temple on the Red Square in Moscow; Temple "All Grieving Pleasure" and other temples in the Moscow area.
